Educational Requirements:

# Total GPA of SSC (2003 - 2004) and  HSC (2005 - 2006) must be 7.0

# Minimum GPA 3.00 in each of SSC and HSC or equivalent

# Minimum GPA 1.0 in Biology

Note:

# Who passed SSC/Dakhil/O-Level/10th Grade/Equivalent exam before 2003 can not apply

# Who passed HSC (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)/Alim/A-Level/12th Grade/Equivalent exam  at 2005-2006 can apply

# The candidates who passed O-Level, A-Level and foreign students have to submit Equivalency Certificate from the Health Department Bangladesh

# Admission test: 200 marks

• SSC and HSC results: 100 marks, SSC: 40 marks, HSC: 60 marks

• Eight times of SSC GPA and 12 times of HSC GPA

• Written (MCQ): 100 marks

• Exam will be taken based on Physics, Chemistry, Biology , English & General Knowledge

# Students who apply for needy fund must have GPA 4.8 in each SSC and HSC Exam. Students also have to submit necessary documents to prove "Needy Students"

# Pay Tk: 1500 in cash (Nonrefundable) to get Admission Form with Prospectus

# Attach Mark Sheet & Testimonial/Certificate (Attested copy) of SSC and HSC or equivalent

# Four copies of passport size photograph (Attested copy)

# Exam Time: 1 hour
