Educational Requirements:

# Total GPA of SSC (2003 - 2004) and  HSC (2005 - 2006) must be 7.0

# Minimum GPA 3.00 in each of SSC and HSC or equivalent

# Minimum GPA 1.0 in Biology

Note:

# Who passed SSC/Equivalent at 2004/2003 and HSC/Equivalent at 2006/2005 can apply

# Who passed SSC/Dakhil/O-Level/Equivalent exam before 2003 can not apply

# The candidates who passed O-Level, A-Level and foreign students have to submit Equivalency Certificate from the Health Department Bangladesh

# For needy students total GPA of SSC/Equivalent and  HSC/Equivalent must be 9.0

# Pay Tk: 1000 in cash (Nonrefundable) to get Admission Form with Prospectus

# Form available 9 am -1 pm in college campus
